摘    要:目的探索缺铁性贫血对孕产妇和新生儿的影响。方法选择2011年3月~2013年3月本院收治的448例孕妇为研究对象,根据贫血程度分为正常组(372例)、轻度贫血组(58例)和中重度贫血组(18例)。比较3组患者妊娠高血压、早产、产后出血、低体重儿、新生儿窒息的发生情况。结果中重度贫血组的妊娠高血压、早产、产后出血、低体重儿、新生儿窒息率分别为33.3%、38.9%、72.2%、27.8%、44.4%,与其余两组的上述指标比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论孕期缺铁性贫血,尤其是中重度贫血,对孕妇及新生儿健康都存在一定的影响。

Influence of iron deficiency anemia on pregnant and lying-in woman and neonatus

Abstract:Objective To explore the influences of iron deficiency anemia on pregnant and lying-in woman and neonates. Methods 448 pregnant women admitted into our hospital from March 2011 to March 2013 were selected as research objects.According to degrees of anemia,they were divided into the normal group (n=372),the mild anemia group (n=58) and the moderate-severe anemia group (n=18).The occurrence of gestational hypertension,premature delivery, postpartum hemorrhage,infant of low-birth weight,and neonatal asphyxia of the these groups were compared. Results The rate of gestational hypertension,premature delivery,postpartum hemorrhage,infant of low-birth weight,and neonatal asphyxia in the moderate-severe anemia group was 33.3%,38.9%,72.2%,27.8%,44.4% respectively,and the moderate- severe anemia group had a statistical difference of above-mentioned indicators compared with the other two groups (P〈 0.05). Conclusion Iron deficiency anemia during pregnancy, especially moderate-severe anemia has certain influence on both pregnant woman and neonates.
