人工流产术前阴道应用米索前列醇片的疗效观察

目的观察人工流产术前阴道应用米索前列醇片的临床疗效及安全性。方法选取2012年3月～2013年3月本站收治的人工流产患者60例为研究对象，将其随机分为实验组和对照组，每组各30例。对照组患者术前给予常规对症治疗，实验组患者术前在此基础上经阴道给予米索前列醇片。比较两组患者的临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果实验组患者官口扩张明显，有效率可达96．67％（29130），显著高于对照组的33．33％（10130），术中不需要进一步局部麻醉，出血量（7．0±3．1）ml]显著低于对照组（12．1±4．9）ml]（P〈O．05）；两组的不良反应发生情况比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉O．05）。结论人工流产术前阴道应用米索前列醇片能够显著提高临床疗效，且安全性高。可在临床推广应用。

Efficacy observation of misoprostol tablet applied before artificial abor- tion through vaginal

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of misoprostol tablet applied before artificial abortion through vaginal. Methods 60 patients with artificial abortion from March 2012 to March 2013 in our hospital were se- lected as the study objects and they were divided into the experimental group （n=30） and the control group （n=30）.The control group was given conventional symptomatic treatment before operation while the the experimental group was given misoprostol tablet through vaginal on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results The uterus mouth of patients expanded obviously in the experimental group,and the effective rate 96.67% （29/30）] was obviously higher than that in the control group 33.33% （10/30）],and the exper- imental group had no further local anesthesia during operation,the amount of bleeding in the experimental group （7.0 ＋ 3.1 ） ml] was significantly lower than the control group of patients （12.1 ＋ 4.9） ml] （P〈0.05）;there was no statistical dif- ference of adverse reactions in the two groups （/＇〉0.05）. Conclusion Taking misoprostol tablet before a abortion can significantly improve the clinical efficacy with higher safety,and it can be promoted and applied in the clinic.
