多层螺旋CT在肠梗阻中的诊断价值

目的探讨多层螺旋CT在肠梗阻中的诊断价值。方法选取2011年6月~2013年11月于本院进行诊治的75例疑似肠梗阻患者为研究对象,对其进行多层螺旋CT和X线检查,并将两种方法的检查结果与最终确诊结果进行比较,比较两种方法对梗阻部位、梗阻程度、梗阻原因的诊断准确率及其灵敏度、特异度、阴性和阳性预测值。结果多层螺旋CT对梗阻部位、梗阻程度、梗阻原因的诊断准确率,灵敏度、特异度、阴性和阳性预测值均高于X线检查（P均〈0.05）。结论多层螺旋CT在肠梗阻中的诊断效果相对较好,更适用于肠梗阻的临床检查与诊断。

Diagnostic value of multi slice spiral CT in intestinal obstruction

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of multi slice spiral CT in intestinal obstruction. Methods 75 patients with suspected intestinal obstruction in our hospital from June 2011 to November 2013 were selected as re- search object,multi-slice spiral CT and X-ray examination were conducted in all patients.The detection results of the two methods were compared with final diagnostic resuhs,and the diagnosis accuracy rate of two methods for the obstruc- tion site,obstruction degree and obstruction cause,and their sensitivity,specificity,positive and negative predictive value of the two methods were compared. Results The diagnosis accuracy rate of multi slice spiral CT for the obstruction site, obstruction degree and obstruction cause and the sensitivity,specificity,positive and negative predictive value were all higher than those of X-ray （all P〈0.05）.. Conclusion The diagnostic effect of multi slice spiral CT in intestinal obstruc- tion is relatively better, and it is more suitable for the clinical detection and diagnosis of intestinal obstruction.
