初产前人工流产术对妊娠结局的影响

目的探讨初产前人工流产术对妊娠结局的影响。方法采用病例对照研究方法，对223例住院分娩的孕妇．按照有无人工流产史分为观察组和对照组，观察并比较其妊娠结局。结果观察组的先兆流产、前置胎盘、胎盘粘连或植入、胎膜早破、胎儿窘迫、早产及产后出血的发生率均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈O．05）。1次流产组的胎膜早破及早产发生率均低于I〉2次流产组，差异有统计学意义（P〈O．05）。间隔≤6个月组的胎儿窘迫及胎儿生长受限发生率均高于间隔〉6个月组，差异有统计学意义（P〈O．05）。结论初产前人工流产高危行为对妊娠结局有不良影响。加强计划生育宣教，落实有效的避孕方法势在必行。

The impact of induced abortion before primiparity on pregnancy outcome

Objective To investigate the impact of induced abortion before primiparity on pregnancy outcome. Methods 223 cases of hospitalized childbirth pregnant women were divided into observation group and control group based on whether they have induced abortion history.The pregnancy outcome was observed and compared using case control method. Results The incidence rate of threatened abortion,placenta previa,placenta adhesion or implant,premature rup- ture of membrane,fetal distress,premature birth and postpartum hemorrhage in observation group was higher than that in control group respectively,with statistical difference （P〈0.05）.The incidence rate of premature rupture of membrane and premature birth in one abortion group was lower than that in I〉 2 abortion group respectively,with statistical difference （P〈0.05）. The incidence rate of fetal distress and fetal growth restriction in interval 〈~ 6-month group was higher than that in interval 〉6-month group respectively,with statistical difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The high-risk behavior of induced abortion before primiparity has a negative effect on pregnancy outcome.So it is imperative to enhance the pub- licity of this issue with proper propaganda and education of family planning and to effectively implement contraceptive method.
