| 摘 要： | 目的探讨手术切除联合干扰素治疗尖锐湿疣患者的临床效果。方法选取120例尖锐湿疣患者随机分为A、B、AB组，A组应用手术切除治疗，B组应用干扰素治疗，AB组应用手术联合干扰素治疗，均随访6个月，观察3组的疗效。结果A组的有效率为67．5％，B组的有效率为65．0％，AB组的有效率为92．5％，3组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论手术切除联合干扰素治疗尖锐湿疣效果显著。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate clinical effect of operation resection combined with interferon in the treatment of patient with condyloma acuminatum. Methods 120 cases of patients with condyloma acuminate were selected and ran- domly divided into A,B,AB group,operation resection was used in group A,interferon was used in group B,operation re- section combined with interferon was used in group AB.The three groups were followed up for 6 months.The effect of three groups was compared. Results The cure rate of group A was 67.5%,the cure rate of group B Was 65.0%,the cure rate of group AB was 92.5%,with statistical difference （P〈O.05）. Conclusion The effect of operation resection combined with interferon in the treatment of patient with condyloma acuminatum is remarkable. |
