125例卵巢子宫内膜异位症的临床分析

目的分析卵巢子宫内膜异位症的临床特点,探讨其临床治疗方法以及CA125水平与卵巢子宫内膜异位症病变严重程度的关系。方法选取本院2009年5月~2012年12月收治的符合筛选标准的125例卵巢子宫内膜异位症患者的病历资料,回顾性分析其临床特点及治疗方法。结果重度组有症状率明显高于轻度组（P〈0.05）;卵巢子宫内膜异位症不同分期年龄分布差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;轻度组和重度组CA125阳性率差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;子宫内膜异位症不同分期在选择手术术式上差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 CA125水平与卵巢子宫内膜异位症病变的严重程度密切相关,并且手术术式的选择也与卵巢子宫内膜异位症分期有关,临床可根据卵巢子宫内膜异位症分期合理选择手术术式。

Clinical analysis of 125 cases of ovarian endometriosis

Objective To study the clinical characteristics and clinical treatment of ovarian endometriosis and explore the relationship between CA125 levels and severity of ovarian endometriosis. Methods 125 cases with ovarian endometrio- sis admitted to our hospital from May 2009 to Decembe 2012 were selected.The clinical characteristics and treatment methods of the patients was analyzed. Results The symptomatic rate of severe group was higher than that of the mild group（P〈0.05）.There was also no significant difference of age stages between two growps（P〉0.05）;there was a significant difference of CA125 levels between mild group and severe group （P〈0.05）.The choice of surgical procedures in various stage has significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion There is a great relationship between CA125 levels and the in- stallments of endometriosis.We can choose the surgical operation reasonably accord the installment of endometriosis.
