羟苯磺酸钙对单侧输尿管梗阻大鼠肾间质纤维化的影响

摘    要:目的:评价羟苯磺酸钙对单侧输尿管梗阻大鼠肾间质纤维化影响,并探讨其作用机制。方法:21只SD大鼠随机分为假手术组(Sham组)、肾间质纤维化组(UUO组)及羟苯磺酸钙组(CDT组),分别采用病理及免疫组织化学方法观察UUO术后14 d大鼠梗阻侧肾脏的组织学变化和MMP-9、TIMP-l表达情况。结果:与Sham组相比,UUO组大鼠肾间质纤维组织面积显著增加(P<0.01),MMP-9、TIMP-1表达均有显著增高(P<0.01)。与UUO组相比,CDT组大鼠肾间质纤维组织面积减少,MMP-9表达增强、TIMP-1表达减弱(P<0.01),UUO组和CDT组大鼠左肾MMP-9/TIMP-1与肾间质纤维化面积成负相关,且有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:羟苯磺酸钙可缓解输尿管梗阻导致的肾间质纤维化,其机制可能与其调节MMP-9/TIMP-1紊乱、改善基质代谢有关。
