| 摘 要： | 目的观察综合康复护理对直肠癌Mile′s术后生活质量的影响。方法直肠癌Mile′s术后80例患者,随机分为对照组和康复组各40例。对照组进行常规护理,康复组在常规护理基础进行包括康复训练、健康宣教及心理护理在内的综合康复护理。比较6个月后生活质量核心问卷评分。结果康复组的生活质量评分均优于对照组（p〈0.05）。结论综合康复护理可以使行Mile′s手术的直肠癌患者术后生活质量明显提高。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate effects of the comprehensive rehabilitation on the quality of life of the patients with carcinoma rectum in post-Miles operation. Methods 80 patients with carcinoma rectum in post-Mile s operation were enrolled into control group and rehabilitation group randomly,with 40 cases in each group. The patients of control group were assigned to receive only general nursing care,and those of rehabilitation group receive he comprehensive rehabilitation including rehabilitation exercises,health education and psychological care besides general nursing care. The qualities of life of them were respectively assessed with QLQ-C30 scores at 6 months after operation. Results QLQ-C30 scores of rehabilitation group were higher than that of control group greatly（p 〈 0.05）. Conclusions The comprehensive rehabilitation could improve the quality of life of the patients with carcinoma rectum in post- Miles operation |
