摘    要:目的:探讨在美容整形外科使用A型肉毒毒素进行面部除皱的临床效果。方法:选取在我院美容整形外科进行面部除皱治疗的患者共184例,根据面部皱纹情况分为鱼尾纹组(72例)、眉间纹组(53例)、额纹组(42)和混合组(17例),分别采用不同的注射方法及注射剂量对不同部位的皱纹进行处理,观察各组皱纹改善效果,并调查患者的满意度。结果:鱼尾纹组治疗有效率为94.5%,眉间纹组为88.7%,额纹组为95.2%,混合组为76.5%,四个组的满意度分别为94.4%、92.5%、92.9%、88.2%,组间比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在面部除皱美容中局部应用A型肉毒毒素,可以显著改善患者的面部皱纹情况,疗效显著,且可提高患者的满意度,值得推广应用。

Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effects of botulinum toxin type A in the treatment of upper facial wrinkles. Methods 184 cases of facial cosmetic surgery patients of the aesthetic plastic surgery in our hospital were studied,divided to crow's feet group (72 cases), brow lines group(53 cases),forehead lines group (42 cases),and mixed group (17 cases). Each used different method of injection and the injection dose for different parts of the wrinkle,wrinkle improvement effect was observed,and patient satisfaction was investigated. Results The effective rate of the crow's feet group was 94.5% ,the brow lines group was 88.7% ,the forehead lines group was 95.2%, and the mixed group was 76.5%.The degree of the four group respectively was 94.4%,92.5%,92.9%,88.2%, and the comparison among groups have no statistical significance. Conclusion Locally injecting botulinum toxin type A in he treatment of upper facial wrinkles can significantly improve the patient's facial wrinkles case, has a significant effect,can improve patient satisfaction, should be widely applied.
