先天性脊柱侧弯围手术期的护理

目的:探讨先天性脊柱侧弯围手术期的护理,为以后的护理工作提供借鉴,减少术后并发症的发生。方法:术前对患儿进行心理护理、呼吸以及神经系统等方面的评估;术后给予精细护理,严密观察患儿恢复情况,进行健康指导,避免并发症。结果:35例患儿均未发生严重的并发症,均得以治愈出院。结论:先天性脊柱侧弯围术期的有效护理对患儿的康复有较大的促进作用。

Nursing of perioperative period with congenital scoliosis

Objective To explore the nursing of congenital scoliosis, perioperative nursing work, provides the reference for the future, reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications. Methods patients were assessed psychological nursing, respiratory and nervous system and other aspects of the preoperative; fine nursing after the operation, close observation of patJents recovery, health guidance, avoid complications. Results 35 cases were no serious complications, they were cured before leaving hospital. Conclusion There was a greater role in promoting of effective nursing to rehabilitation of children with congenital scoliosis during perioperative period.
