临床路径对唇裂实施效果的logistic回归分析

目的：探讨临床路径方法在先天性唇裂手术单病种的运用,明确临床路径在唇裂患者治疗实施过程中的影响因素。方法：本文拟通过住院天数、住院总费用、术后相关并发症等影响因素（应变量）与2009年1月～2012年6月共598例唇裂患者中的临床路径管理组（266例）采取10giStic回归分析并与常规治疗组（332例）进行对照,明确临床路径在先天性唇裂治疗实施过程中的重要影响因素。结果：在logistic回归分析中以上应变量（住院天数、住院总费用、术后相关并发症等影响因素为应变量）对,陆床路径组中的唇裂患者治愈影响较小,部分应变量对常规治疗组中的唇裂患者治愈影响较大,具有统计学意义。结论：通过本次研究发现,住院天数、住院总费用、术后并发症为其核心指标;临床路径应用于先天性唇裂,可以明显降低住院费用,缩短住院时间,减少术后并发症有明显的效果。

Clinical pathway implementation effect of cleft lip by logistic analysis

Objective To discuss the way of clinical path in cleft lip treatment,in order to know the factors of clinical path during the cleft lip patients treated. Methods Taken logistic regression analysis to kown the difference in clinical path management group （ 266 cases） compared with 598 Cases of cleft lip patients during January 2009 to June 2012 by the length of hospital stay,the total cost of hospitalization, hospitalization, antibiotic use intensity of postoperative infection after operation. Results The factors in conventional treatment group greater effect on clinical path management group, with statistical significance. Conclusion Clinical pathway in congenital cleft lip, can significantly reduce the cost of hospitalization,shorter hospitalization time, reduce postoperative infection caused by other diseases, and has obvious effect,can solve the difficult and expensive treatment.
