骨密度与骨质疏松肾虚证的相关性研究

目的探索骨密度（BMD）与骨质疏松肾虚证的相关性。方法选取骨质疏松症患者159例，分为肾阳虚、肾阴虚、肾阴阳两虚、肝肾阴虚、脾胃气虚五型，用双能X线骨密度仪检测各证L1—L4骨密度的平均值、L1骨矿含量值以及不同年龄段患者的骨密度值，并进行统计学处理。结果各个证型骨密度平均值依次为：肾阴虚证〈肾阴阳两虚证〈肾阳虚证〈肝肾阴虚证〈脾胃气虚证，年龄45岁以下者骨密度均值明显高于45岁～69岁组和70岁以上者，45岁以上患者骨密度均值接近。结论骨密度与骨质疏松肾虚证有相关性，骨密度水平可以作为骨质疏松肾虚证临床诊断的客观指标

Correlative Study of Bone Density and Osteoporosis of Kidney-Deficiency Type

Objective To investigate the correlation of bone density and osteoporosis of kidney- deficiency type. Methods 159 cases of patients with osteoporosis were selected and were divided into five types： kidney - yang deficiency, kidney - yin deficiency, yin - yang deficiency of kidney, yin deficiency of liver and kidney, qi - deficiency of spleen and stomach. Dual - energy X - ray absorptiometry was applied to determine each type＇s average L1 - L4 bone density, L1 bone mineral content, and bone density of patients of different ages. The results were processed statistically. Results The average bone density of each type were ： kidney - yin deficiency 〈 yin - yang deficiency of kidney 〈 kidney - yang deficiency 〈 yin deficiency of liver and kidney 〈 qi - deficiency of spleen and stomach. The bone density of the group aged below 45 was obviously higher than that of 45 - 69 year - old group and the group aged over 70. The mean values of bone density of patients in the group aged over 45 were close. Conclusion Bone density is correlative to osteoporosis of kidney - deficiency type, and the level of bone density is an objective index to evaluate osteoporosis of kidney - deficiency type.
