| 乳腺癌术后骨转移的临床分析 |

| 摘 要： | 对178例乳腺癌患者应用~(99m)Tc-MDP进行骨显象,有63例(35.4％)在术后不同时期发生骨转移,其中发生在术后5年以上的骨转移有16例(20.4％)。乳腺癌术后间隔较长时间后仍可以发生骨转移,这部分患者于术时年龄有较年轻倾向,且多见于Ⅰ、Ⅱ期患者,与病理类型无明显关系。

| Abstract: | The findings of radionuclide imaging with Tc-99m-MDP in 178 patients with breast carcinoma were rported. 63 cascs of them were found to have bone metastasis during varied period after operation. In this group, 16 cases with bone metastasis were discovered after 5 years of operation. Bone metastasis of the breast carcinoma might take place long time after operation, especially in those younger patients and the patients in early stage. The tendency of bone metastasis has no significant relation with pathological type. |
