非脱垂子宫经阴道全子宫切除术(附86例临床分析)

目的探讨非脱垂子宫经阴道切除术（TVH）的优点、操作要点及适应证.方法回顾分析TVH 86例的临床资料与同期经腹全子宫切除术（TAH）72例进行对比观察.结果 TVH组手术均成功,无术中术后并发症,手术时间、术后疼痛、术后肛门排气时间、术后下床活动时间及住院时间两组比较差异均有显著意义（P＜0.05）,出血量差异无显著意义（P＞0.05）.结论 TVH损伤小、恢复快,是一种较好的手术方法.

Clinical observation of transvaginal hysterectomy for non-prolapsed uterus

Objective To assess the advantages,operative postulates and indications of transvaginal hysterectomy for non-prolapsed uterus.Methods Retrospective analysis the transvaginal hysterectomy(TVH)for non-prolapsde uterus in 86 cases were compared with the transabdominal hysterectomy(TAH)in 72 cases.Results Compared with the TAH group,the TVH group,which was operated successfully without complications during or after operation,had a significantly reduction in operation time,anus exhaustion,the first time tomoveabout, hospitalization time and postoperative pain(P< 0.05).There was no significant difference in volume of blood loss inthetwogroups(P> 0.05).Conclusion With less damage and quicker recovery,the TVH is a good operative method.
