组织蛋白酶B免疫组化分析对脑膜瘤诊断的临床价值

目的通过观察组织蛋白酶B及其抑制因子在脑膜瘤组织中的表达水平,探讨其区别良恶性脑膜瘤的临床意义。方法对76例脑膜瘤患者的肿瘤组织标本,以免疫组织化学分析法,研究组织蛋白酶B及其抑制剂StefinA和CystatinC在肿瘤组织的胞内分布和表达水平。结果76例脑膜瘤中,组织蛋白酶B在恶性脑膜瘤组及非典型性脑膜瘤组的高免疫组织化学积分(4-6)率显著高于良性脑膜瘤组(X2=6.24,P<0.05;X2=6.28,P<0.05)。结论组织蛋白酶B水平在恶性脑膜瘤中显著高于良性脑膜瘤。因此有望成为区别良性脑膜瘤与恶性脑膜瘤的重要指标。

Immunohistochemical study on cathepsin B in patients with meningiomas

Objective To observe the expression level of cathepsin B and its inhibitors and explore the clinical significance of distinguishment of malignant from benign forms of meningiomas. Methods Using immunohistochemical analysis, we detected the levels of cathepsin B and endogenous cysteine proteinase inhibitors stefin A and cystatin C in specimens of 76 meningiomas.Rusults A high immunohistochemical score (4-6) for cathepsin B was more frequent in atypical meningiomas and malignant meningiomas than in benign meningiomas (X2=6.24, P<0.05; X2=6.28, P<0.05). Conclusion The level of cathepsin B in maligment meningiomas is significantly higher than that in benign meningomas and it will become an important index which can distinguish benign meningiomas from malignant meningiomas.
