| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血脉脂康胶囊对高血脂症兔氧化型低密度脂蛋白(OX-LDL)水平及植物血凝素样氧化低密度脂蛋白受体-(LOX-1)表达的影响。方法:应用胆固醇、高脂灌胃法制作兔高血脂症模型,实验设正常组、模型组、对照组(辛伐他汀)和中药组(血脉脂康胶囊)。在实验的0周、5周和10周(实验结束)时分别检测各组动物的OX-LDL水平,并在实验结束时应用RT-PCR法检测LOX-1 mRNA的表达。结果实验第5、10周时中药组OX-LDL水平明显低于模型组;实验结束时中药组LOX-1基因表达亦明显低于模型组。结论血脉脂康胶囊可降低高血脂症动物的OX-LDL水平和LOX-1的表达,从而达到治疗AS的目的。

| Abstract: | Objective It is to investigate the effect of Xue-mai-zhi-kang capsule on the level of OX-LDL and the expression of LOX-1 gene in rabbits with hyperlipidemia.Methods Rabbit models with high lipid were established with cholesterol and high-fat food.Then all the rabbits were divided randomly into normal group (no intervention),model group,control group(Simvastatin) and Chinese herbs group(Xue-mai-zhi-kang capsule).The levels of OX-LDL were observed at the beginning,the 5th week and the end of the experiment.At the end the expression of LOX-1 gene was determined by RT-PCR method.Results At the 5th week and the 10th week,the levels of OX-LDL in Chinese herbs group were obviously lower than those of model group.At the end,the expression of LOX-1 gene in Chinese herbs group was also lower than that of model group.Conclusion Xue-mai-zhi-kang capsule can lower down the level of OX-LDL and the expression of LOX-1 gene in the rabbits with hyperlipidemia,so to achieve the aim of treatment for artherosclerosis |
