| 摘 要： | 目的:对不同提取方法所得的当归芍药散中芍药苷和阿魏酸成分含量进行比较研究。方法:采用RP-HPLC法,比较了水提法、水提醇沉法、乙醇回流法3种处理方法对芍药苷和阿魏酸含量的影响。结果:乙醇回流法﹥水提法﹥水提醇沉法。结论:3种提取法中,乙醇回流法提取当归芍药散中芍药苷和阿魏酸的含量为最高。

| Abstract: | Objective：To compare diffirent extraction mathods for the content paeoniflorin and ferulic acid of dangguishaoyaosan. Methods：Using RP HPLC,compared with water extraction,water extraction by precipitation with ethanol and extracted by ethanol reflux three methods on paeoniflorin and ferulie acid content of impact.Results：extracted by ethanol reflux 〉 water extraction 〉 extraction by precipitation with ethanol.Conclusion：The results showed that the extracted by ethanol reflux on the content of paenflorin and ferulic acid is the highest in the three kinds of extraction method of dangguishaoyaosan. |
