特、一级护理质量的量化控制与持续改进

特、一级护理质量是医院护理质量的重要组成部分，如何评价和持续改进特、一级护理质量一直是护理管理者重视的课题。90年代质量管理迎来新的飞跃，即全面质量管理（TQMS）和持续质量改进（continuous quality improvement．CQI），它们强调监督照顾的全过程，不断改进结果。2003年1月-2005年12月，我院护理部将特、一级护理质量进行微机量化处理，结合JCAHO 10步流程图，完成特、一级护理质量的控制与持续改进，经过3年的摸索逐步完善并建立了一套持续改进的管理模式，现报道如下。

Objective To study the effects of using the nursing procedure in the teaching of thoracic nurses who have attended in an advanced studies. Methods Using the one to one method to teaching the thoracic nurses who have attended in an advanced studies. The concreted measures included testing, demonstration, explain and so on. Results The ability of nurses who have attended in an advanced studies were improved significantly both in the theory and in the clinical practices. Condusion Using the nursing procedure in the teaching of thoracic nurses who have attended in fin advanced studies can effective improve the effects of teaching, and then improve the ability of nurses both in the theory and in the clinical practices.
