乳腺癌手术方式对女性性功能影响的初步对照分析

目的：研究乳腺癌术式对乳腺癌患者性功能的影响。方法：选择152乳腺癌手术患者（其中改良根治术113例数，简称改良根治组；保留乳房手术患者39名，简称保乳组）和47例乳腺良性疾病组患者（对照组），采用乳腺癌术后性生活质量调查问卷评估乳癌改良根治术和保乳手术术式对乳腺癌患者术后性功能的影响。结果：三组之间性功能障碍率差异显著（P〈0．01），改良根治组性欲低下率、性厌恶率、性唤起障碍率、性高潮障碍程度、性交疼痛程度显著高于保乳组及对照组（P〈0．01），保乳术组性欲低下、性厌恶、性交痛、性唤起障碍率显著高于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论：乳腺癌手术对乳腺癌患者性功能具有重要影响，与保乳术相比，改良根治术对乳腺癌患者性功能的影响更为显著。

The primary control study on the effect of different types of operative approaches of breast cancer on female sexual functions

Objective：To evaluate the effect of different types of operative approaches of breast cancer on sexual functions. Methods： One hundred and fifty two women who had been received different types of operative approaches ,including one hundred and thirteen modified radical masteetomy and thirty nine cases breast - conserving surgery, and forty seven benign breast hyperplasia and breast biopsy patients （control group） were enrolled in this study. All the eligible patients were asked to fill self - support quality of sexual life questionnaire. Results： Among the three groups, there was a significant difference in the sexual dysfunction rate;for the patients after modified radical mastee- tomy, the rate of hypoaetive sexual desire disorder, sexual aversion, sexual arousal disorder, orgasm disorder and algop- areunia were significantly higher than that of the breast - conserving surgery group and control group; for the breast - conserving surgery group, the rates of hypoactive sexual desire disorder, sexual aversion, algopareunia, and sexual arousal disorder were significantly higher than that of the breast - conserving surgery group and control group. Condusion： For the breast cancer patients, different types of operative approaches of breast cancer have important effect on sexual function, compared with the control group, modified radical mastectomy has a more significant effect.
