Survivin在不同分化状态的食管鳞癌组织及体外食管鳞癌细胞中的表达

目的:探讨survivin蛋白在不同分化状态下的食管鳞癌组织及体外细胞中的表达,同时观察其一致性。方法:应用免疫组化方法(SP法)检测了40例食管鳞癌组织、20例癌旁正常组织中survivin蛋白的表达情况;应用细胞的免疫化学方法分别检测食管正常上皮细胞,高分化食管鳞状上皮细胞(KYSE-70),低分化鳞状细胞上皮细胞(KYSE-450)中survivin的表达情况。结果:食管癌患者survivin蛋白的阳性表达水平分别为72.5%(29/40),明显区别于对照组(食管癌旁组织和正常组织)5.0%(P<0.01)。3系细胞中sur-vivin蛋白的阳性表达率分别为86%,69%和1%。结论:survivin蛋白的表达与食管鳞癌组织的分化程度有关,其在食管鳞癌组织与体外食管鳞癌细胞中的表达一致。

Expression of survivin protein in different differential states of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma cells and in vitro

Objective:To explore expression of survivin protein in different differential states of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma cells and in vitro,while observing the consistency.Methods:Immunohistochemical staining(SP method) to detect 40 cases of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma,20 cases of adjacent normal tissue expression of survivin protein.Application of chemical methods of immune cells were detected in normal esophageal epithelial cells,well-differentiated esophageal squamous cell cells(KYSE-70),poorly differentiated squamous cell epithelial cells(KYSE-450) in the expression of survivin.Results:Positive expression rate of survivin protein in patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma were 72.5%,significantly different from the control group(esophageal cancer tissues and normal tissues) 5.0%(P<0.01).3 Department of cells positive expression of survivin protein in rates were 86%,69%,1%.Conclusion:The expression of survivin protein is related with the differentiation of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma,and have the consistency on the esophageal squamous cell carcinoma cells and in vitro.
