银杏达莫注射液治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效观察

目的观察银杏达莫注射液治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的临床效果和不良反应。方法82例DPN患者随机分为两组,均给予维生素B12肌注及维生素B1、B6口服。治疗组加用银杏达莫注射液20ml NS250ml静脉滴注,1次/d,连用3周。结果治疗组显效率显著高于对照组(P<0.001);治疗组的总有效率也显著优于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗组的运动神经传导速度和感觉神经传导速度治疗后均较治疗前明显提高(P<0.001),且与对照组比较也有极显著性差异(P<0.001)。未见明显副作用。结论银杏达莫为治疗DPN安全有效的药物。

Effect Observation on Ginkgo-dipyidamolum Injection in Treatment of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

Objective To observe the effect of Ginkgo-dipyidamolum injection in treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN) and its side effect. Methods 82 cases with DPN were randomly divided into two groups. All patients were given intramuscularly Vit B 12 and orally Vit B1 and Vit B6 respectively for three weeks. In addition, the treatment group was received Ginkgo-dipyidamolum injection for three weeks. Results The improving rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control (P<0.001). The total effectiveness rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control (P<0.01).The conductive velocity of motor and sensory nerve was significantly increased ofter treatment with Ginkgo-dipyidamolum injection.There was significant difference between two groups (P<0.001), and the treatment group hadn't obvious side effect. Conclusion Ginkgo-dipyidamolum injection is effective and safe in treatment of DPN.
