银屑病皮损c－erbB－1及c－erbB－2原癌基因表达及其意义

用抗ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－１（ＥＧＦＲ）及ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２（Ｎｅｕ蛋白）原癌基因表达蛋白单抗及免疫组化技术，观察２０例银屑病皮损及１０例正常人皮肤。结果表明：（１）在正常人皮肤表皮中，ＥＧＦＲ基因表达蛋白主要分布在基底细胞层，Ｎｅｕ蛋白表达蛋白主要分布在棘层上部及颗粒细胞层。（２）银屑病活动性皮损表皮棘层及颗粒层ＥＧＦＲ表达增强，而Ｎｅｕ蛋白表达减弱。银屑病皮损表皮两种原癌基因表达异常对皮损形成可能起一定作用。

The expression of c-erbB-1 and c-erbB-2 protooncogene in psoriatic epidermis

Skin biopsy specimens from 20 cases of psoriasis and 10 healthy volunteers were stained immunohistochemically using two monoclonal antibodies which raise against c-erbB-1 protein (EGFR) and c-erbB-2 protein (Neu protein) respectively. Our results showed that:(1) In both normal and uninvolved psoriatic epidermis, significant EGFR was found in the basal and immediately suprabasal keratinocytes; substantial Neu protein was found in the mid and upper epidermis.(2) In active psoriatic lesions,EGFR was expressed in all epidermal layers and increased in the mid and upper epidermis;Neu protein was poorly expressed in the mid and upper epidermis.The abnormal expression of EGFR and Neu protein in active psoriatic lesions may play an important role in the hyperproliferation and abnormal differentiation of keratinocytesseen in psoriasis.
