妊娠期慢性束缚对子代新生鼠发育的影响

摘    要:目的研究妊娠期慢性束缚对子代新生鼠的影响。方法大鼠见栓后第5天开始,每天接受1h束缚,直至分娩。检测母鼠体重、子宫重量、平均产仔数、新生鼠出生体重、成活率和性别比。结果与正常对照组相比,慢性束缚组母鼠体重和平均产仔数无显著差异,但子宫指数增加(P<0.05);同时慢性束缚组新生鼠成活率降低、雄鼠出生体重下降、性别比变小(均为P<0.05)。结论妊娠期慢性束缚可影响新生鼠成活率、出生体重和性别比。

Abstract:Objective: Methods : To study the impact of chronic restraint stress during gestation on neonatal rat offspring. The pregna seeing the bolt to delivery. nt rats were received Maternal body weight restraint for one hour per d , uterine weight, average litter ay from the fifth day after size, neonatal birth weight, survival rate and gender ratio were recorded. Results: Comparing with control group, maternal body weight and average production number had no significant difference in chronic restraint group, but the uterine index was significantly increased (P 〈0.05). In chronic restraint group, the neonatal survival rate and the birth weight of male neonate were significantly decreased and the gender ratio became smaller(All P〈0.05). Conclusions: Chronic restraint stress during gestation could affect the neonatal survival rate, birth weight and gender ratio in rat.
