双酚A与多囊卵巢综合征相关性的研究进展

摘    要:双酚A(BPA)是一种具有雌激素活性的内分泌干扰化学物,广泛用于塑料制品中。长期暴露于BPA可对机体内分泌产生不良影响,导致一些疾病的发生,其中BPA与多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的关系尤其受到关注。PCOS的病因至今不明,BPA作为环境干扰物可能参与了PCOS的发病,其作用机制可能与BPA结合雌激素受体、干扰非基因组细胞信号系统及调节卵巢内相关酶及因子等有关。现将BPA与PCOS的相关性及其可能的作用机制进行总结。

Abstract:Bisphenol A(BPA)is a kind of endocrine disrupting chemicals with estrogen activity. It is widely used in plastic products. Long-term exposure to BPA would have impact on the organism's endocrine System,and even leading to some diseases. The relationship between BPA and polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS)has been attracted many attentions. Since the etiology of PCOS is unknown,BPA as environmental distractions may be involved in the pathogenesis of PCOS. BPA can combine estrogen receptor and interfere with cell signaling system of the non-genome, enzymes and factors in ovarian. This paper reviewed the relationship between BPA and PCOS and its possible pathopoiesis mechanism.
