Id-1蛋白在肾透明细胞癌中的表达及临床意义

摘    要:目的探讨分化抑制因子-1(Id-1)蛋白在肾透明细胞癌(RCCC)中的表达及其临床意义。方法应用免疫组化二步法检测76例RCCC组织、29例癌旁正常组织中Id-1蛋白的表达情况,分析Id-1蛋白与患者临床病理特征及术后生存率之间的关系。结果 Id-1在RCCC组织和癌旁正常组织中的阳性表达率分别为90.8%、17.2%,二者比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),且Id-1的表达程度与肿瘤的病理分级、TNM分期相关(P〈0.05),但与患者性别、年龄、有无复发等无明显相关性(P〉0.05);生存分析显示Id-1表达阳性和阴性患者的5年生存率分别为23.5%、56.0%,两组生存率差异有统计学意义(P=0.017)。结论 Id-1的表达在RCCC中增高,Id-1阳性患者的预后较差,Id-1可作为RCCC诊断和预后判断的有效辅助指标。

Abstract:Objective Study the expression of Id-1protein in renal clear cell carcinoma(RCCC)and analyze the clinical significance. Methods Immunohistochemistry were used to detect the level of Id-1protein in 76 RCCC tissues and 29 normal renal tissues.The relationship between Id-1expression level and clinical pathological data were analyzed.Survival analyses was carried in Kaplan-Meier method. Results The expression level of Id-1protein in RCCC and normal renal tissues were 90.8%,17.2%respectively,they had significant difference(P〈0.05).Positive rates of Id-1 was correlated with the pathological grade and clinical stages of RCCC(P〈0.05),but not with age,sex,and recurrence(P〉0.05).The five-year survival rate of Id-1-positive and negative patients was 23.5%,56.0%respectively,the two groups had significant difference(P〈0.05). Conclusions The expression of Id-1is higher in RCCC tissues,the prognosis of Id-1-positive patients were poor,Id-1may be a useful biomarker for diagnosing,treating RCCC and evaluating its prognosis.
