| 摘 要： | 为提供一种临床使用的简便的神经心理检查法，应用画人试验（ＨＦＤ）及艾森克个性问卷（ＥＰＱ），对两种不同类型癫痫患儿的神经心理状况进行了初步评估，并就两种方法的一致性进行了检验。结果显示，复杂部分性发作癫痫患儿ＨＦＤ的情感指标阳性率及ＥＰＱ中Ｎ、Ｐ、Ｌ分量表分均与正常对照有显著性差异，良性部分性发作癫痫患儿亦有此趋势，且两种方法之间有一致性。证实癫痫患儿更多地表现有情感行为问题，ＨＦＤ结果有可信性。

| Abstract: | Inordertodevelopasimpleandfeasiblepsychologicalmeasurementforepilepticchil-dren,weusedthehumanfiguredrawingtest(HFD)asthemainmeasuringmethodcombinedwithEysenckPersonalityQuestionnaire(EPQ)toevaluatetheneuropsychologyoffortyepilepsychildrenoftwodiferenttypes.Theresultsofthisstudyshowedthatthepositiverateoftotalemotionalindi-catorsofHFDandtheresultsofEPQofcomplexpartialepilepsygroupwereobviouslydiferentfromthoseofcontrolgroup.Theresultsofbenignpartialepilepsygroupalsoshowedthesimilartrendandtheresultsobtainedviaboththemethods,HFDandEPQ,wereconsistent.Weconcludethattheepilepsychildrenmayhavemoreemotionalandbehavioralproblemsthannormalchildrenandthere-sultsofHFDareconvincible. |
