| 摘 要： | 为深入了解婴幼儿呼吸道合胞病毒（ＲＳＶ）感染后特异性保护抗体的反应，探明ＲＳＶ感染后血清保护性抗体的类型及其相互关系；以表达呼吸道合胞病毒（ＲＳＶ）Ｆ和Ｇ蛋白的重组痘苗病毒为抗原，用间接免疫荧光法检测３３例ＲＳＶ感染后婴幼儿双份血清中抗ＲＳＶ的Ｆ和Ｇ蛋白特异性ＩｇＧ抗体反应。结果表明，１岁以内婴幼儿ＲＳＶ感染后，血清中Ｆ和Ｇ蛋白特异性ＩｇＧ抗体有不同程度的升高，但Ｇ蛋白特异性ＩｇＧ抗体反应明显低于Ｆ蛋白；１岁以后，机体对ＲＳＶ感染的抗Ｆ和Ｇ蛋白特异性ＩｇＧ抗体反应较１岁以前明显增强。说明婴幼儿ＲＳＶ感染后，机体抗ＲＳＶ的Ｆ和Ｇ蛋白特异性ＩｇＧ抗体反应受年龄因素的影响，尤其以Ｇ蛋白更为显著。

| Abstract: | SerumspecificIgGantibodiesagainstFandGglycoproteinsofrespiratorysyncytialvirus(RSV)weredeterminedininfantssuferingfrompneumoniacausedbythevirususingindirectimmunofluorescencetechnique.RecombinantvacciniavirusesexpressingFandGglycoproteinofRSVwereusedasantigens.Pairedserafrom33infants,whichshowed4foldantibodyincreasetowholeRSVduringtheirconvalescencewerechosentoanalysetheirantibodyresponsetoFandGpro-teins.ItwasfoundthatafterinfectiontitersofantibodiesagainstbothFandGproteinsincreasedtovariouslevels.Amonginfantsunder12monthsofagetheIgGresponseagainstGproteinwasmuchlowerthanthatagainstFprotein,whereasinchildrenolderthan1year,antibodiesagainstbothFandGproteinsincreasedtohighertiters.TheseresultssuggestedthattheantibodyresponseagainstFandGproteinsofRSVafterinfectionisafectedbytheageofthepatients. |
