659名服刑人员龋病及口腔健康状况调查

目的了解女性服刑人员口腔健康状况以指导口腔保健。方法按照1997年世界卫生组织《口腔健康调查基本方法》对某监狱659名女性服刑人员的口腔健康状况进行检查和问卷调查,检查项目包括:龋病,牙结石等,调查内容为口腔健康行为,包括刷牙行为,饮食行为。结果女性服刑人员患龋率52.35%,龋均2.61,龋齿充填率15.74%。农村来源女性服刑人员患龋情况较严重。城市和农村来源的女性服刑人员在患龋率和龋均上有显著性差异(P<0.01)。牙结石检出率为66.34%。城市和农村来源的女性服刑人员牙结石检出无明显差异(P>0.05)。口腔健康行为分析表明:入监前农村来源的人员和城市来源的人员之间存在显著差异。入监后两者之间无明显差异。结论女性服刑人员口腔健康状况一般,必须加强口腔健康教育,使被动预防转化为主动预防,保持良好口腔健康。

A Survey of Oral Health Situations in 659 Female Prisoners
