治疗62例重症胰腺炎中肠内营养与肠外营养的疗效比较研究

治疗重症胰腺炎时的临床营养支持作为一种必要的治疗手段有着极重要的作用1,2].本文就手术治疗重症胰腺炎后经空肠造瘘管行肠内营养32例(A组),与术后采用全胃肠外营养30例(B组)的术后平均住院时间、并发症、血浆白蛋白含量、再手术率、死亡率等进行了对比,结果显示,A组术后并发症,平均住院时间,再手术率均比B组低(P＜0.05),A组术后营养支持d 3、d 6、d 9血浆白蛋白含量较B组高(P＜0.05),A组与B组死亡率相近似,综合两组比较A组明显优于B组.

Enteral nutrition and total parenteral nutrition for treatment of super acute pancreatitis comparative study in 62 cases

Cilical nutrition support palys an important role in treatment of super acute pancreatitis, we compared 32 patients (group A) treated by EN through the fistula of man made in intestinum after operations to cure SAP and 30 patients (group B)treated by TPN after operations to cure SAP with regard to avergae time (day) of hospitalization,complications, amount of blood albumin, re-operation rate, mortality. The results showed that postcomplications,average time of hospitalization,re-operation rate in group A were lower than those in group B(P<0^05),the amount of blood albumin when nutrition suppor after operation was made the third day,the sixth day and the ninth day in group A was high than that in group B.The mortality in group A was similar to that in group B.Comparison of the effects between group A and B showed that it was superior in group A to that in group B.=
