闭合复位空心加压螺钉治疗高龄股骨粗隆间骨折

目的:总结闭合复位空心松质骨加压螺钉对32例老年股骨粗隆间骨折病人的治疗经验。方法:骨折均为顺粗隆间骨折,按Evan标准分型,Ⅰ型15例,Ⅱ型8例,ⅢA型7例,ⅢB及Ⅳ型各1例。32例骨折均在C型臂X线透视下复位并经皮穿钉内固定。患者手术时平均年龄为64岁。结果:术后平均随访8个月～12个月,32例均获得了骨性愈合。结论:闭合复位空心加压螺钉治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折,具有手术损伤小,固定牢靠,操作简单等优点,是治疗股骨粗隆间骨折理想的手术方法。

Closed Reduction and Cannulated Screw for Treatment of Intertrochanteric Fracture

Objective:To summarize the experience of treating intertrochanteric fracture with cannulated screw and closed reduction.Methods:32 old patients of intertrochanteric fractures aged from 52-70 years(average 64 years)were involved in the study.According to Eevan classification,there were 15 cases of typeⅠ,8 cases of type Ⅱ,7 cases of type ⅢA,1 cases of type ⅢB and 1 cases of type Ⅳ,All cases were treated by closed reduction and percutaneous screwing.Result:The follow-up period was 8-12months.All cases achieved bone union in 3 months.Conclusion:Closed reduction and cannulated screw for treatment of intertrochanteric fractures possesses the virtue of minor injury,secure fixation,reliable method,etc.It has good effects in intertrochanteric fracture recover.
