血尿酸与急性脑血管病关系的研究：附120例分析

目的：探讨血尿酸水平与急性脑血管病的关系。方法：测定并分析１２０例急性脑血管病的血尿酸水平。结果：高尿酸血症患者、肥胖、有心肌梗塞史、脑卒中史、高血压病史者较多（Ｐ〈０．００１），血肌苷、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇，总甘油三酯水平较高（Ｐ〈０．００１），而高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平、血糖水平较低（Ｐ〈０．００１）；尿酸水平与病情、预后有关（Ｐ〈０．００５）。结论：高尿酸血症是脑血管病的危险因素。测定血尿酸水平有助于判断患者病情和评估预后。

STUDY OF THE RELATION SHIP BETWEEN SERUM URIC ACID AND ACUTE CEREBRAL VASCULAR DISEASE

Objective: The study is to investigate the relationship between Serum uric acid level and acute cerebral vascular disease (ACVD). Mathods: The level of serum uric acid was investigated in 120 patients with ACVD. Re-sults: Patients with high uric arid levels were more obese and hypertensive, and were thus more likely to have a history & MI and stroke (P<0.001). Furthermore, patienis with high uric acid level had higher levels of serum creatine, total cholesterol LDL cholesterol, and total triglycerides and lower levels of HDL cholesterol and serum glucose(P<0.001).High uric acid level was associated with bad state of illnes and prognosis (P<0.005). Conclusion:Hyperuricemia is a strong predictor of stroke events and serum uric acid level is helpful to evaluating the severity and the outcome.
