剖宫产术后下肢深静脉血栓的中西医结合治疗

目的提供一种对剖宫产术后深静脉血栓（DVT）的中西医结合治疗方法。方法自2004年1月-2006年12月，我院行剖宫产733例，发生下肢深静脉血栓32例（53个肢体），均给予溶栓抗凝药物、中草药活血化瘀并以中草药汤剂湿敷惠肢治疗，平均随访18个月（6个月-24个月）。结果32例患者均治愈，无1例患者发生肺栓塞。治愈率100％。结论中西药物联合治疗剖宫产术后深静脉血栓，尤其是中草药的治疗疗效好且安全性高。建议积极推广。

The therapy of integration of traditional and western medicine on lower extremity deep venous thrombosis after cesarean section

Objective To provide the therapy of integration of traditional and western medicine on lower extremity deep venous Thrombosis after cesarean section. Methods 32 patients （53 limbs） with lower extremity deep venous Thrombosis came from the 733 patients who underwent caesarean birth in The Tongzhou Orthopaedics Hospital of Integrated Chinese with Western Medicine, From Jan 2004 to Dec 2006. All patients took thrombolytic drug, anticoagulant drug, blood-quickening and stasis-transforming herbs and were wet packing herbal decoction, and were followed up for an average period of 18 months（6 - 24 months ）.Results 32 patients were cured and nobody had pulmonary embolism, the curing rate was 100%. Conclusion The therapy of integration of traditional and western medicine on lower extremity deep venous thrombosis after cesarean section, especially herbal preparations, which was effective and safe, so the treatment was worth of spreading.
