颞枕入路Labbe静脉术中结扎术后失语分析

目的：研究颞枕入路术中Ｌａｂｂｅ静脉结扎术后语言改变情况。方法：对３０例颞枕入路术中Ｌａｂｂｅ静脉结扎病人的语言能力术后进行追踪观察，直到其失语完全恢复为止。结果：３０例观察病人有１６例术后发生失语，且大多数失语为混合性，类型以命名性，听觉性和视觉性最多见，其次是运动性失语，部分病人合并失用和失写症。大约９０％的失语在术后两周内恢复正常。结论：Ｌａｂｂｅ静脉结扎可以导致术后失语，手术应妥善保护。大部分术后失语具有可复性，为了增加手术暴露，必要时可以切断。

Analysis of speech with the Labbe vein ligated in tempoccipital operation

Objective: In order to study the change of speech with the Labbevein ligated in temp occipital operation.Methods: 30 patients undergoing craniotomy through temp occipital approach with the Labbe vein ligated in operation were investigated following operation.The function of speech was evaluated everyday until the aphasia recovered completly.Results: 16 of 30 patients occured aphasia after operation,most of them were mixed. Anomic, auditory optic and aphemia was the most comman type of aphasia, some patients complicated with agraphia and apraxia. About 90% aphasia of patients recovered completly in two weeks atteroperalion. Conclusion:The ligation of Labbe vein may cause postoperative aphasia, so it should be protected and preserved in operation, although it may be ligated for better exposure.
