CD105在急性白血病中的表达及其临床意义

目的探讨CD105在急性白血病骨髓细胞的表达及其意义。方法分离骨髓单个核细胞，采用流式细胞仪（FCM）检测CD105的表达。结果CD105在急性白血病骨髓细胞表达率（30．39±8．69）％]明显高于对照组（1．90±0．61）％]（P〈0．05）；且急性淋巴白血病表达CD。阳性率（49．92±16．71）％]高于在急性髓系白血病的表达率（22．21±9．95）％]（P〈0．05）；化疗缓解后CD。表达率（3．99±1．45）％]比化疗前（48．74±16．45）％]显著减低（P〈0．05）；浸润组CD105表达率（41．39±14．05）％]高于非浸润组（21．06±9．14）％]（P〈0．05）。结论CD105在急性白血病细胞的异常表达，可能与白血病发病和预后有关。

Expression and the clinical significances of CD_(105) in acute leukemia

Objective This study was designed to explore the expression of CD105 in bone marrow cells from acute leukemia and its role in the development of acute leukemia. Methods The bone marrow mononuclear cells were separated and the expression of CDl05 in them was detected by flow cytometry. Results Expressionof CDI05 in acute leukemia bone marrow cells （ 30. 39 ± 8.69 ） % ] was significantly higher than those in control group （ 1.90 ±0.61 ） % ] （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Meanwhile, expression of CD105 in acute lymphoblastic leukemia cells （49.92 ± 16. 71）% ] was significantly higher than that in acute myeloid leukemic cells （22.21 ± 9. 95 ） % ] （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Expression of CD105 was significantly reduced in remission patients after chemotherapy （ 3.99 ± 1.45 ） % ] than those before chemotherapy （48.74 ± 16. 45 ） % ]. It was higher in patients with organ infiltration （41.39 ± 14. 05 ） % ] than that without infiltration （21. 06 ± 9. 14）% ] （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions The abnormal expression of CD105 in acute leukemic cells may involve in the development and prognosis.
