| 摘 要： | 目的 研究成人重型再生障碍性贫血（ＳＡＡ）的治疗方案。方法 观察以免疫抑制ＣＳＡ、ＡＴＣ联合ＳＳＬ方案治疗成人ＳＡＡ１０例的临床疗效。结果 ７例有效，其中４例达治愈标准。结论 ＣＳＡ、ＡＴＧ联合ＳＳＬ方案治疗成人ＳＡＡ较单用ＣＳＡ或ＡＴＧ疗效有明显提高，ＳＳＬ方案可作为成人ＳＡＡ病人经ＣＳＡ或ＡＴＧ综合治疗后的长期维持治疗，方法安全，值得推广。

| Abstract: | Objective:To find out a more ideal programme for the treatment of adult severe acquired aplastic anemia(SAA).Methods:Clinical effects of 10 cases of acute adult SAA treated by immunosuppressive CSA or ATG combined with SSL scheme were reviewed and summarized.Results:The total response rate was 70%(7/10).Effects of 4 cases reached the curing criterions.Conclusion:Clinical effects of adult SAA patients treated by CSA or ATG combined with SSL scheme were significantly higher than those by CSA or ATG alone.SSL scheme should be used as a long period preserving treatment for adult SAA patients underwent CSA or ATG treatment. |
