以国家创新体系的理论为基础,讨论、分析我国中药产业的现状,并且为构建我国中药产业创新体系提出策略。我国中药产业创新体系还存在资源不足、主体不明、目标不确切、科研成果转化率低、人才培养不受重视等问题,必须实施策略加紧解决这些问题。我国必须尽早建立起中药产业创新体系,在创新主体、创新平台、创新人才和创新机构等方面继续努力。
