衡阳市1997-2006年传染病疫情分析

目的分析衡阳市1997-2006年传染病的发生、发展及其变化趋势,为传染病控制工作提供科学依据。方法对衡阳市1997-2006年甲、乙类传染病疫情报告资料进行统计分析。结果衡阳市1997-2006年甲、乙类传染病总发病数为80179例,年平均发病率113.01/10万;总死亡数445例,年平均死亡率为0.62/10万。报告的主要传染病病种为肺结核、病毒性肝炎、痢疾、伤寒 副伤寒、麻疹,导致死亡的传染病以狂犬病为主,艾滋病发病率呈较大幅度上升。结论应以防制呼吸道、血源及性传播疾病及霍乱、狂犬病为主。

Analysis on Epidemic Situation of Notifiable Infectious Diseases in Hengyang From 1997 to 2006

Objective To study the sources,mode of transmission,and spread of all notifiable infectious diseases in Hengyang,and to provide scientific evidences for prevention and control of them.Method All of the recorded type A and type B notifiable infectious diseases from 1997 to 2006 were analyzed.Results A total of 80,179 notifiable infectious diseases cases were recorded,and the average annual mobidity was 113.01 /100,000.A total of 445 deaths were recorded,and the average annual mortality was 0.62/100,000.Tuberculosis,hepatitis A,dysentery,typhoid and paratyphoid,and measles were the major notifiable infectious diseases.And rabies was the leading cause of death.The incidence of AIDS was increased by a big margin.Conclusions Corresponding measures should be taken to prevent respiratory tract infectious diseases,sexually transmitted diseases,blood borne infectious diseases,cholera,and rabies.
