| 摘 要： | 自１９９２年１０月～１９９４年３月，采用立体定向技术，对１５例不宜手术切除的深部肿瘤患者行立体定向间质内插植放疗。照射剂量６００～１０００ｃＧｙ／次日完成治疗。结果，治疗后全部病人症状均得到不同程度改善，ＣＴ复查部分病人肿瘤缩小，无严重并发症。初步结论：这种方法适宜于治疗直径３ｃｍ左右，位置深在，不易手术切除之脑瘤。

| Abstract: | Form October 1992 to March 1994,15 patients with inoperable brain tuomr in deep area were treated by stereotactic interstitial irradiation.The dose given was 600-1000cGy/fraction,one or two fractions per day,for 3 to 4 days,with a total Of 4,000-4,200cGy.After the irradiation,all patients were improved symptomatically in varying degrees without any serious complication.On CT scan,Tumor was shrunken in some cases.The results indicated that this treatment issuitable to all inoperable deep brain tumors especially for those of 3 cm or less indiameter. |
