| 摘 要： | 本文对10例足月妊娠肝内胆汁淤积症胎盘和10例同期足月胎盘进行了光镜和电镜对比观察.提示妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症胎盘终末绒毛细胞滋养细胞增生、绒毛血管合体膜减少、合体芽增加.电镜下合体细胞微绒毛肿胀、稀少、粗面内质网普遍扩张,部分合体细胞线立体肿胀、溶酶体增加、胎儿毛细血管内皮细胞肿胀等改变

| Abstract: | The placentae in 10 cases of intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy (ICP) at full term were observed by light and electron microscopy, with placentae in 10 normal pregnancies as control. In ICP, there were hyperplasia of cytotrophoblastic cells, dcrease of syncytiovascular membrane and increase of syncytial sprouts in the placental terminal villi under light microscopy. Under electron microscopy, there were swelling and decrease in number of micro-villi, and dilatation of rough endoplasmic reticulum in all syncytial cells, and swelling of mitochondria and increase of lysosomes in part of syncytial cells, and swelling of endothelial cells in some fetal capillaries |
