| 摘 要： | 报告6例房性早搏后引起的房内差异性传导。其中冠心病2例,风心病2例,心肌炎1例,癫痫病1例。60岁以上的老年人3例,有显著心衰者2例。作者分析了本症的心电图特征,指出了窦性P波形态、振幅和方向改变的多样性。诊断时需与房性和房室交界性逸搏、多源性房早、游定心律、房性融合波、呼吸运动的影响和各种人工伪差相鉴别。

| Abstract: | Six patients with aberrant atrial conduction immediately after atrial premature contraction are reported.This group included 2 patients with IHD,2 RHD,1 myocarditis and 1 epilepsy.Three patients were over 60 years old,two had a significant degree of heart failure.The electrocardiographic features were analyzed and found that the altered configuration,amplitude and direction of the sinus P wave were variable.Aberrant atrial conduction is to be differentiated from atrial and AV junctional escape beats,coexisting muitifocal premature beats,wandering pacemakers, atrial fusion beats,the influence by respiratory movement and various artefacts. |
