摘    要:卒中研究在预后、诊断和治疗中仍然存在许多不足,其生物标志物仍需进一步明确。近几年,长链非编码核糖核酸(long noncoding RNA,lncRNA)逐渐被人们所重视,尤其在肿瘤研究方面取得了很大的进展。在卒中研究中,人们发现了lncRNA的表达水平与正常情况存在很大的差异性。越来越多的研究发现,卒中诱导脑内大量lncRNA表达改变,提示lncRNA可能参与卒中复杂的病理过程,其可能会为卒中的预防及治疗带来新的方向。

Abstract:There are still many deficiencies in the prognosis, diagnosis and treatment of stroke, and its biomarkers need to be further clarified. In recent years, long noncoding RNA (lncRNA) gradually draw greater attention by people, especially in the aspect of tumor which had made great progress. In the stroke study, it was also found that the expression level of lncRNA was very different from that in normal condition. More and more studies have found that stroke induced a large number of lncRNA expression changes in the brain, suggesting that lncRNA may be involved in the complex pathological process of stroke, which may provide a new direction for the prevention and treatment of stroke.
