曲蛇消银汤治疗寻常型银屑病血热证的临床疗效观察及对相关代谢指标的影响

目的观察自拟曲蛇消银汤治疗寻常型银屑病血热证的临床疗效及对相关代谢指标的影响。方法将60例寻常型银屑病血热证患者随机分为曲蛇消银汤治疗组和消银颗粒对照组(每组各30例),对治疗前后银屑病面积和严重程度指数标准(PASI)积分和疗效及相关代谢指标进行比较。结果治疗组PASI积分优于对照组(P0.05),治疗组总有效率90.0%,对照组总有效率66.7%,2组患者总有效率差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗8周后,治疗组血清TC、TG水平与对照组相比明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P0.01)。结论曲蛇消银汤治疗寻常型银屑病血热证临床疗效确切,其作用机制可能与调节患者血脂等相关代谢指标紊乱、改善微循环有关。

Clinical Observation and Related Metabolic Parameters on Qushe Xiaoyin Decoction in Treating Blood Heat Type of Psoriasis Vulgaris

Objective In order to observe the clinical observation and related metabolic parameters on Qushe Xiaoyin decoction in treating blood heat type of psoriasis vulgaris.Methods Sixty patients with blood heat type of psoriasis vulgaris were randomly divided into Qushe Xiaoyin decoction treatment group with 30 cases and compound Xiaoyin Granule control group with 30 cases.PASI scores and the curative effects as well as related metabolic parameters were compared before and after treatment.Results The improvement of the PASI scores in the treatment group was better than that in the control group (P＜0.05).The total effective rate of treatment group was 90.0％,and that of control group was 66.7％.Compared the total effective rates,the difference has statistical significance between the two groups (P＜0.05).After eight weeks treatment,the levels of serum TC,TG in treatment group were significantly lower than in control group (P＜0.01).Conclusion Qushe Xiaoyin decoction has the exact therapeutic effect on blood heat type of psoriasis vulgaris,the mechanism may be related with regulating the metabolism disorder of blood lipid and improving microcirculation.
