| 摘 要： | 择期行腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术的患者80例,随机分为试验组和对照组,按美国麻醉医师协会(ASA)分级为Ⅰ～Ⅱ级,每组40例,术毕20 min时两组均给予芬太尼1μg·kg-1术后试验组给予丙帕他莫2 mg+芬太尼8μg· kg-1+托烷司琼10mg+0.9％氯化钠注射液至100 mL;对照组给予芬太尼16 μg· kg-1+托烷司琼10 mg+0.9％氯化钠注射液至100 mL.两组在术后各观察时点镇痛效果无统计学差异(P＞0.05),但术后试验组不良反应发生率比对照组低(P＜0.05).

| Abstract: | A total of 72 patients for laparoscopic myomectomy with ASA I~II were selected and divided into two groups randomly.In addition to conventional treatments,postoperative analgesics included bingpatamo 2 mg and fentanyl 8 μg·kg-1 in group A and fentanyl 16 μg·kg-1 in group B.ASA,BCS,Ramsay scores and vital signs showed that there was no statistic difference between group A and B(P>0.05),however,the incidence of adverse reactions and comsumed dosage of drug in group A were lower than those in group B(P<0.05). |
