保乳手术与改良根治术对早期乳腺癌治疗效果的影响研究

目的探讨保乳手术与改良根治术对早期乳腺癌治疗效果的影响。方法将我院2008年1月-2012年1月行保乳手术治疗的36例早期乳腺癌患者设立为A组，另选择同期行改良根治术治疗的32例乳腺癌患者设立为B组。结果A组手术时间短于B组，术中出血量少于B组、术后住院时间短于B组，A组并发症发生率明显低于B组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），两组1年生存率以及局部复发率比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论保乳手术治疗早期乳腺癌的效果明显优于改良根治术，值得推广和应用。

Influence of breast-conserving surgery and modified radical mastectomy for early breast cancer treatment

Objective To investigate the impact of breast-conserving surgery and modified radical mastectomy for early breast cancer.Methods 36 cases of early breast cancer patients in the hospital from January 2008 to January 2012 by breast-conserving surgery set up for group A,and the same period in modified radical treatment 32 patients with breast cancer established as B group.Results A group of surgical time was shorter than group B,blood loss was less than group B,postoperative hospital stay was shorter than group B,the complications incidence of group A was significantly lower than group B,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),followed 1-year survival and local recurrence rate between two groups had no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05).Conclusion The effect of breast-conserving surgery for early breast cancer is significantly better than modified radical mastectomy,and it worthy of promotion and application.
