Ki67、p53、Survivin在宫颈癌、宫颈上皮内瘤变及宫颈炎中的表达及临床意义

目的探讨Ki67、p53、Survivin在宫颈癌、宫颈上皮内瘤变及宫颈炎中的表达及临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测28例宫颈癌、32例宫颈上皮内瘤变及34例宫颈炎、30例健康体检者宫颈黏膜组织中Ki67、p53、Survivin的阳性表达情况，并分析Ki67、p53、Survivin三者在宫颈癌组织中表达的相关性。结果Ki67、p53、Survivin在正常宫颈黏膜组织中均无阳性表达，但在宫颈癌、宫颈上皮内瘤变及宫颈炎黏膜组织中均有阳性表达；Ki67、p53、Sunrivin在宫颈癌中的阳性表达显著高于慢性宫颈炎组（P〈0．01），在CIN组织中阳性表达显著高于慢性宫颈炎组（P〈0．01）；Ki67与p53、Survivin在宫颈癌组织中的表达呈正相关（r=0．69、0．72，P〈0．05）。结论Ki67、p53、Survivin均参与宫颈癌的发生和发展过程，三者联合检测具有重要的临床应用价值。

Expression and its clinical significance of Ki67,p53,Survivin in cervical cancer,cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and cervicitis

Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of Ki67,p53,Survivin in cervical cancer,cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and cervicitis.Methods By Immunohistochemistry was used to detect 28 cases of cervical cancer,32 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and 34 cases of cervicitis and 30 healthy subjects in the cervical mucosa,and explored the positive expression of Ki67,p53,Survivin,and analyzed the Ki67,p53,Survivin expression in cervical cancer three correlation.Results Ki67,p53,Survivin in normal cervical mucosa had no expression,but Ki67,p53,Survivin were positive in cervical cancer,cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and cervical;Ki67,p53,Survivin expression in cervical carcinoma was significantly higher than chronic cervicitis group(P < 0.01),Ki67,p53,Survivin in CIN tissue was significantly higher than the expression of chronic cervicitis group(P < 0.01);Ki67 p53 and Survivin expression in cervical cancer was positively correlated(r = 0.69,0.72,P < 0.05).Conclusion Ki67,p53,Survivin are involved in the occurrence and development of cervical cancer,the three joint detection has important clinical value.
