乳腺癌p53和C-erbB2的表达及意义

目的探讨抑癌基因(p53)、原癌基因(C-erbB2)、雌激素受体(ER)、孕激素受体(PR)在乳腺癌中的表达与临床病理的关系。方法免疫组化检测516例乳腺癌组织中p53、C-erbB2、ER、PR的表达,并分析其与腋窝淋巴结转移,肿瘤大小,病理类型的相互关系。结果 516例患者C-erbB2、p53、ER、PR表达阳性率分别为p53为43.7%、56.7%、43.2%、41.4%。C-erbB2、p53表达与乳腺癌转移及预后呈正相关,ER、PR表达则呈负相关。结论联合检测p53、C-erbB2、ER、PR可为判断预后提供依据,有助于乳腺癌患者的治疗和预后判断。

Expression of p53 and C-erbB2 in Breast Cancer and Relations with Clinical Significance

Objective To investigate the relations of expression of p53,C-erbB2,ER and PR with histological grade,tumor volume,metastasis of the tumor in the lymph node and survival time in patients with breast carcinoma.Methods 516 patients with breast carcinoma were studied.Immunohistochemical staining was used for examining p53,C-erbB2,ER and PR.Results Positive rates of C-erbB2,p53,ER and PR were 43.7%、56.7%、43.2%、41.4%.The expression of C-erbB2,p53 waspositively related to the mesastasis and prognosis of breast cancer,with the expression of ER and PR being negatively.Conclusion p53,C-erbB2 can be used for factors for breast tumor judging prognosis.Ombined detection of C-erbB2,p53,ER and PR expression is valuable to estimation of prognosis and treatment of breat cancer.
