| 摘 要： | 目的探索抗感染药物专业临床药师参与疑难病例治疗的工作模式,提高临床药师工作的科学性与可行性。方法结合我院抗感染药物专业临床药师的工作实例,探讨临床药师参与疑难病例治疗的工作模式。结果抗感染药物专业临床药师参与疑难病例的临床治疗团队有利于临床做出更加合理的药物治疗决策。结论临床药师可为临床疑难病例治疗提供优良的药学服务。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the models of anti-infective clinical pharmacist participating in treatment for intractable cases,and enhance the scientificity and feasibility of clinical pharmacy work.Methods The models of clinical pharmacist participating in clinical care of intractable case were discussed,by analyzing the instances of work of anti-infective clinical pharmacist in our hospital.Results Anti-infective clinical pharmacist participating in clinical care team was propitious to enhance rational decision-making in clinical medication.Conclusion Clinical pharmacist could provide better pharmaceutical care in treatment for intractable case. |
