| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨输卵管妊娠保守性手术中剥除妊娠黄体的临床意义。方法:129例输卵管妊娠患者随机分为A、B两组,A组32例行保守性手术治疗时,术中皆剥除妊娠黄体,B组97例单纯行保守性手术治疗。结果:A组术后血β-HCG下降快,阴道流血时间短,无1例发生持续性异位妊娠(PEP),与B组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),而复经时间及术后输卵管的通畅程度,两组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:在输卵管妊娠保守性手术中剥除妊娠黄体可快速、有效降低血β-HCG水平,缩短术后阴道出血时间,有效预防PEP的发生,而对月经恢复及输卵管的通畅程度无明显影响。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the clinical significance of conservative operative therapy with stripping corpus luteum during tubal pregnancy operation.Methods:129 patients with tubal pregnancy were divided into two groups randomly.32 cases were performed conservative operative therapy with stripping corpus luteum,97 cases were just performed conservative operative therapy.Results:β-HCG of stripping corpus luteum group decreased rapidly after operation.There were no change in patients' menstrual cycle.Conclusion:Stripping corpus luteum during tubal pregnancy operation could play an important clinical significance in preventing postoperative continuous extrauterine pregnancy. |
