| 摘 要： | 本文应用病例-对照研究方法,以IFA试验对济南铁路医院98对肺炎病例及非肺科病例Lp的感染状况作了调查。观察组抗体滴度达诊断标准者25例,总阳性率25.51%,表明肺炎病人中军团杆菌肺炎占有相当比例。感染型别主要为VI型。50~59岁年龄组阳性率最高。

| Abstract: | This paper reports a survey of infection of Lp (Legionella pneumonia) in 98 pairs of patients with pneumonia and nonpulmonary disease in Jinan Railway Hospital by using case-control method and IFA. There are 25 positive cases in total. The general positive rate (25.51%) shows that there are certain Lp infection in patients with pneumonia in some degree. Type VI is the main type of the infection and the highest positive rate is in 55 to 59 age group. |
