| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨老年高血压患者血尿酸(UA)水平与颈总动脉平均内膜中层厚度(IMT)的关系。方法:测定104例老年高血压患者颈总动脉内膜中膜厚度(IMT)、血清肌酐(Cr)、血尿酸(UA)、空腹血糖(FBG)、血脂水平,按颈总动脉平均IMT将患者分为IMT正常组、IMT增厚组和斑块形成组,比较各组间UA水平。分析颈总动脉IMT和血UA、空腹血糖和血脂的关系。结果:IMT正常组I、MT增厚组和斑块形成组血UA含量依次增高,3组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。动脉粥样硬化组中血UA和颈总动脉IMT呈正相关。结论:老年高血压病患者的血尿酸水平与颈总动脉IMT呈正相关关系,血尿酸增高是颈动脉粥样硬化的独立危险因素,提示在老年高血压病的临床治疗中应重视对血尿酸的调控。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the relationship between level of serum uric acid(SUA) and the carotid arterlial mean intimal medical thickness(IMT) in the elderly patients with hypertension.Methods:The IMT,blood levels of biochemical factors such as serum creatinine(SCr),serum uric acid(SUA),fasting plasma glucose(FBG)and plasma lipid levels of 104 elder subjects were measured.According to the IMT,the patients were divided into three groups:IMT normal group,IMT thickening group and plaque group.The UA levels of all groups were compared and the relationship between the carotid artery IMT and UA,FBG and lipid was analysed.Results:Levels of SUA were increased in the sequence:IMT normal group
